Availability of the Dimensions of Learning Organization in the Islamic University at Gaza from the Point of View of Faculty Members (An Analytical Study)

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the dimensions of the learning organization at the Islamic University of Gaza from the viewpoint of its faculty members. The descriptive analytical approach was employed, and the study population included of faculty members of the Islamic University - Gaza in the second semester of 2019-2020 who were (393) members. The study sample consisted of 200 members, distributed by gender, academic rank, and college. They were randomly selected, the study tool was distributed to them. 180 of them responded, and the results of the study indicated the following:
The average score for the views of faculty members on the importance of having the dimensions of the learning organization at the Islamic University in Gaza was 3.60 with a relative weight of 72.01 indicating a high degree of approval.
There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses to the availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Islamic University that can be attributed to gender in favor of females. There are differences that can be attributed to the type of college between theoretical and practical colleges in favor of the scientific colleges.
There are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample responses concerning the availability of the dimensions of the learning organization in the Islamic University that can be attributed to the academic rank
