Abstract

The research aims to develop a proposed plan for student activities at South Valley University by identifying the reality of student activities at the University of South Valley in Qena, and the importance of the research is evident in its application value and what it can provide in terms of sports and material services to the student community, as it may open the way for researchers to address New topics by developing a "proposed plan for student activities at South Valley University. The researcher used the descriptive approach, with its steps and procedures, due to its relevance to the nature of the research. The research community is represented by (experts in the field of sports management and recreation, vice-presidents for education and student affairs, who number (17) deputy, director-general of the general administration of youth welfare at the university, directors of youth welfare departments in the university's faculties, who number (17) director, a specialist in youth welfare activities.
