This research aims to identify the effect of a training program using speed and reaction agility exercises on the level of coverage for junior footballers in the State of Palestine.
The researcher hypothesized that there were statistically significant differences between the average scores of both the tribal and remote measurements of the experimental group in the variables of speed, reaction agility, and coverage for soccer players in the State of Palestine (the sample under study) in favor of the post-measurement.
The research sample was chosen by the intentional method from the research community of football juniors under (16 years) represented in Al-Amari Sports Club, and the total sample size before conducting the basic experiment was (20) youth.
the most important results were that the speed exercises and reaction agility have brought about positive changes in Coverage variables (under research), so the researcher recommends the need for trainers to pay attention to speed and reaction agility exercises and to be an essential part of the training program for juniors in football, and also the need to conduct more similar studies on different samples in terms of age, gender, and sports activity.
