Abstract

The research aims to know The Effect of Directing Training in The Ascending and Descending Formation of The Load Cycle on The Level of Aerobic and Anaerobic Capacity of Soccer Players. The researchers used the experimental method with an experimental design for two experimental groups, the first group following the ascending formation of the load cycle, and the second group following the descending formation of the load cycle. the research community was represented in Soccer players under (19) years old in clubs (4) belonging to the Qena Soccer branch and registered in the Egyptian Soccer Association for the sports season 2020/2021 AD, and their number is (126) players, the research sample was chosen deliberately from Soccer players In Qena Sports Club, which numbered (30) players to conduct the basic study, and (30) players were selected to conduct survey studies from the Aluminum Club. The results showed that directing the load cycle with the ascending formation had a positive effect with a greater improvement than the descending formation, in the level of aerobic and anaerobic capacity of Soccer players.
